The Charlotte Square Collection is a portfolio of 23 prestigious Grade A listed townhouses on the finest Georgian Square in the world.  Corran Properties has overseen the rejuvenation of the portfolio to create the most prestigious office properties in the city.  To date we have completed six projects covering 14 buildings and in the process improved the headline rent for the portfolio by over 110% and achieved 100% occupancy. 20-23 CHARLOTTE SQUARE

2022 – 2024 – This contemporary regeneration of four of Edinburgh’s finest Georgian townhouses commenced in October 2022.  Each will be comprehensively renovated to a Grade A specification offering headquarters accommodation of the highest quality.  Numbers 20 and 21 will be combined and extended to provide 9,300 sq ft of VRF air-conditioned office space plus additional amenities such as dedicated bicycle storage, drying rooms, changing and showering facilities. Numbers 22 and 23 will have additional unique features, such as a private auditorium, ideal for staff briefings and client seminars.

2021 – Completed in June 2021, this development comprises two interconnected townhouses on the south-west corner of Charlotte Square.  Corran Properties renovated these buildings to provide 8,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, contemporary in design yet fully respectful of the Georgian splendour of the buildings.  The building was entirely pre-let during construction.

2017 – The refurbishment of Numbers 12 and 13 Charlotte Square was carried out on a pre-let basis. Providing a new Headquarters building for Baxters Food Group, this external restoration and internal refurbishment was completed to an exceptional Grade A standard.

2014 – An award-winning redevelopment of six properties on the south side of Charlotte Square with a new grade A specification modern building behind interlinked by a spectacular atrium space.  Extending to 45,000 sq ft the project quickly achieved 100% letting with occupiers including; People Postcode Lottery, Ruffer and Murray Capital.
