Summary: The multi-award winning redevelopment of 27-29 Charlotte Square formed part of a block of 6 category A listed Georgian townhouses that Corran Properties acquired on behalf of a client, with the intention to comprehensively redevelop all the buildings as high-quality office accommodation. The centre-piece of this transformation was the central buildings which we combined and extended to form a single HQ building of 33,000 sq ft. In addition to the 3 period buildngs fronting the Square, we added an impressive 3,000 sq ft atrium under a lightweight ETFE roof which provided the linking space to a 15,000 sq ft modern office extension. The property is now the headquarters of the Postcode Lottery.
