This prime Grade A office building was acquired by CBRE Global Investors in 2010. We were asked by the client to review the functionality of the building and make recommendations for improvements to the services and common parts in order to improve lettability of vacant accommodation.
Through careful re-design of the entrance reception, ground floor retail units, common parts and vacant office suites we were able to successfully re-position this investment asset. The building is now fully let at enhanced rental levels, materially improving the investment value for the client.
