Inshes Retail Park, Inverness
Client: Scottish Widows Investment Partnerships & Aberdeen
Cost: £10M+
Summary: Corran Properties provided a full Development Management service to our client since introducing the property in 2010. Inshes was an underperforming secondary retail park with a poor mix and vacant units. We devised a strategy to rejuvenate the park in phases. This included the refurbishment and letting of vacant units, development of a vacant site for a new Aldi supermarket, development of new 41,000 sq ft and 22,000 sq ft units for Dunelm and B&M and the development of drive-thru units for McDonalds and Costa Coffee. The projects completed in October 2022, allowing our client to achieve a highly profitable sale.
